 Kandaka Safia was born from ten-thousand-year-old skin rituals that helped our founder clear her postnatal hormonal acne. She used her science background to create products with original ingredients, as well as modernized versions, without detracting from the extraordinary healing and rejuvenating properties.

 Kandaka Safia translates to Pure Queen. "Kandaka" is the title used for queens in the ancient kingdom of Kush. Kushites ruled as pharaohs of Sudan and Egypt for a century, during which women often ruled and led their nations' wars as warriors and Kushite Kandakas.
