Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@kandakasafia.ccom with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will be happy to assist you and offer a replacement or store credit, if applicable.
Order Cancellations:
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. Please double-check your cart and shipping information before completing your purchase.
Purchases Made Through Retailers
All sales through a retailer are final. KANDAKA SAFIA is unable to provide a return or exchange for a purchase made through a retailer.
