Return and Exhange Policy:

Once an order has been placed through the website or mobile app and delivered, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final due to hygiene concerns and contamination with germs and bacteria, making it unsafe to resell to other customers.

Purchases Made Through Retailers
All sales through a retailer are final. KANDAKA SAFIA is unable to provide a return or exchange for a purchase made through a retailer.
